L’AFI Associazione Fisarmonicistica Italiana organizza, con il patrocinio e contributo del Comune di Bari - Assessorato alla Cultura, la edizione del Concorso Internazionale di Musica “Premio Bari Accordion Festival”, che si svolgerà dal 09 e 10 Settembre 2023 presso la Chiesa di San Gaetano a Bari Vecchia.
REGOLAMENTO:
Art. 1 - L’AFI Associazione Fisarmonicistica Italiana organizza, con il patrocinio e contributo del Comune di Bari - Assessorato alla Cultura, la edizione del Concorso Internazionale di Musica “Premio Bari Accordion Festival”, che si svolgerà dal 09 e 10 Settembre 2023 presso la Chiesa di San Gaetano a Bari Vecchia.
Art. 2 - Il Concorso si propone di: incentivare il confronto fra giovani talenti che, provenendo dai più diversi paesi del mondo, garantiscono al nostro territorio una straordinaria crescita culturale; contribuire a far crescere la cultura della Fisarmonica Classica da concerto; promuovere il desiderio di dialogo, di creatività e di affermazione nell’affascinante mondo della musica; far conoscere il nostro territorio con le sue peculiarità artistiche e gastronomiche.
Art. 3 – Il Concorso si articola in 2 sezioni:

a) Prova preliminare: esecuzione di un programma della durata massima di 20 minuti con almeno una composizione originale per fisarmonica e una tratta dalla “Letteratura da tasto”
b) Prova finale: esecuzione di un programma della durata massima di 30 minuti con almeno una composizione originale per Fisarmonica e una tratta dalla “Letteratura da tasto”
SEZIONE MUSICA DA CAMERA CON FISARMONICA:
QUALUNQUE TIPO DI FORMAZIONE CON FISARMONICA CLASSICA E ALTRI STRUMENTI O VOCE: PROGRAMMA A LIBERA SCELTA, DURATA MAX. 20 MIN.
Art. 5 - Ogni concorrente può iscriversi a più sezioni, ma ad una sola categoria di ciascuna sezione.
Art. 6 - I concorrenti possono iscriversi ad una categoria superiore alla loro età, qualora ritengano che la loro preparazione tecnica ed artistica lo consenta.
Art. 7 - Tutte le prove sono pubbliche. I giudizi saranno resi noti al termine di ogni categoria.
Art. 8 - I concorrenti presenti all’appello della categoria di appartenenza, verranno ascoltati dalla giuria secondo l’ordine alfabetico a partire da quelli il cui cognome inizia dalla lettera che verrà sorteggiata il primo giorno del Concorso. I concorrenti non presenti all’appello che per giustificati motivi dovessero giungere in ritardo, saranno ammessi alla prova solamente su insindacabile parere della giuria al termine della categoria di appartenenza.
Art. 9 - E’ fatto obbligo ai concorrenti di presentare alla giuria un documento d’identità, una copia dei brani da eseguire e di provvedere ai leggii per il proprio fabbisogno.

Per i Concerti premio é previsto il rimborso spese per il solo territorio Italiano, previa presentazione giustificativi e un cachet di 300,00eu ( 200,00 a persona per la SEZIONE MUSICA DA CAMERA) al lordo delle ritenute previste dalla legge.
Ai concorrenti non premiati sarà rilasciato un Diploma di PARTECIPAZIONE.
PREMI PER GLI INSEGNANTI
DIPLOMA DI ONORE per tutti gli insegnanti che avranno allievi che si aggiudicheranno il Primo Premio
Art. 15 - I vincitori di PRIMI PREMI saranno premiati esclusivamente durante la serata di DOMENICA 10 SETTEMBRE. Gli altri premi potranno essere ritirati presso la segreteria del concorso durante lo svolgimento dello stesso.
Art. 16 - I concorrenti con l’iscrizione al concorso autorizzano la diffusione di riprese fotografiche, radiofoniche televisive e le registrazioni discografiche. Non potranno avanzare pretese o richieste finanziarie nei confronti dell’organizzazione o dell’ente trasmittente .
QUALORA NON SI INTENDA AUTORIZZARE LA DIFFUSIONE DELLE RIPRESE DOVRÀ ESSERE FATTA ESPLICITA RICHIESTA ALL’ATTO DELL’ISCRIZIONE.
Art. 17 - L’organizzazione si riserva la facoltà di apportare modifiche al presente regolamento qualora se ne verificasse la necessità e di annullare alcune sezioni qualora non ci sia un numero congruo di iscrizioni . In questa occasione sarà restituita la quota di iscrizione.
Art. 18 - L’Associazione Fisarmonicistica Italiana non è responsabile di eventuali incidenti che potrebbero verificarsi a persone e/o cose durante il viaggio e per tutta la durata del Concorso.
Art. 19 - L’iscrizione al Concorso comporta l’approvazione incondizionata del presente regolamento (valido il testo italiano). Per qualsiasi controversia il foro competente è quello di Bari.
Art. 20 - Ai sensi dell’articolo 10 della legge n.675 /96 sulla “Tutela dei dati personali” l’Associazione Fisarmonicistica Italiana informa che i dati forniti all’atto dell’iscrizione saranno dalla stessa conservati ed utilizzati al fine di inviare comunicazioni relative al concorso e che, ai sensi dell’Articolo 18 della succitata legge, il titolare dei dati può opporsi al loro utilizzo.

Art. 1 - The AFI Italian Accordion Association organizes, with the patronage and contribution of the Municipality of Bari - Department of Culture, the edition of the International Music Competition "Bari Accordion Festival Prize," which will take place from September 09 and 10, 2023 at the Church of San Gaetano in Bari Vecchia.
Art. 2 - The Competition aims to: encourage the comparison between young talents who, coming from the most diverse countries in the world, guarantee our territory an extraordinary cultural growth; contribute to the growth of the culture of the Classical Concert Accordion; promote the desire for dialogue, creativity and affirmation in the fascinating world of music; make our territory known with its artistic and gastronomic peculiarities.

Art. 5 - Each contestant may enter more than one section, but only one category of each section.
Art. 6 - Competitors may enter a category higher than their age if they feel that their technical and artistic preparation allows it.
Art. 7 - All tests are public. Judgments will be announced at the end of each category.
Art. 8 - Competitors present at the roll call of their category will be heard by the jury in alphabetical order starting with those whose last name begins with the letter that will be drawn on the first day of the Competition. Contestants not present at roll call who arrive late for justified reasons will be admitted to the rehearsal only upon the unquestionable opinion of the jury at the end of the category they belong to.
Art. 9 - Competitors are required to submit to the jury an identity document, a copy of the pieces to be performed and to provide music stands for their own needs.

- ABSOLUTE WINNERS will be the First Prizes in the two sections with a score of at least 98/100:
- AWARD OF ABSOLUTE FIRST PRIZE, CUP AND CONCERT IN BAF 2024.
For the Prize Concerts, reimbursement of expenses for the Italian territory only is provided, upon presentation of supporting documents and a cachet of 300.00eu ( 200.00 per person for the CHAMBER MUSIC SECTION) gross of statutory withholdings.
A Diploma of PARTICIPATION will be issued to the non-winning contestants.
PRIZES FOR TEACHERS
DIPLOMA OF HONOR for all teachers who will have students who win First Prize.
Art. 15 - FIRST PRIZE winners will be awarded exclusively during the evening of SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 10. Other prizes may be picked up at the secretary's office during the course of the competition.
Art. 16 - By entering the competition, contestants authorize the broadcasting of photographic, radio-television footage and recordings. They may not make any financial claims or demands against the organization or broadcasting entity .
IF THEY DO NOT INTEND TO AUTHORIZE THE BROADCASTING OF THE FOOTAGE, AN EXPLICIT REQUEST MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION.
Art. 17 - The organization reserves the right to make changes to these regulations if the need arises and to cancel some sections if there is not a sufficient number of entries . On this occasion the registration fee will be returned.
Art. 18 - The Italian Accordion Association is not responsible for any accidents that may occur to persons and/or property during the journey and throughout the duration of the Competition.
Art. 19 - Entry to the Competition implies unconditional approval of these regulations (Italian text valid). For any controversy the competent court is Bari.
Art. 20 - Pursuant to Article 10 of Law n.675 /96 on "Protection of personal data" the Italian Accordion Association informs that the data provided at the time of registration will be kept by it and used for the purpose of sending communications relating to the competition and that, pursuant to Article 18 of the above-mentioned law, the owner of the data may object to their use.

Per i Concerti premio é previsto il rimborso spese per il solo territorio Italiano, previa presentazione giustificativi e un cachet di 300,00eu ( 200,00 a persona per la SEZIONE MUSICA DA CAMERA) al lordo delle ritenute previste dalla legge.
Ai concorrenti non premiati sarà rilasciato un Diploma di PARTECIPAZIONE.
PREMI PER GLI INSEGNANTI
DIPLOMA DI ONORE per tutti gli insegnanti che avranno allievi che si aggiudicheranno il Primo Premio
Art. 15 - I vincitori di PRIMI PREMI saranno premiati esclusivamente durante la serata di DOMENICA 10 SETTEMBRE. Gli altri premi potranno essere ritirati presso la segreteria del concorso durante lo svolgimento dello stesso.
Art. 16 - I concorrenti con l’iscrizione al concorso autorizzano la diffusione di riprese fotografiche, radiofoniche televisive e le registrazioni discografiche. Non potranno avanzare pretese o richieste finanziarie nei confronti dell’organizzazione o dell’ente trasmittente .
QUALORA NON SI INTENDA AUTORIZZARE LA DIFFUSIONE DELLE RIPRESE DOVRÀ ESSERE FATTA ESPLICITA RICHIESTA ALL’ATTO DELL’ISCRIZIONE.
Art. 17 - L’organizzazione si riserva la facoltà di apportare modifiche al presente regolamento qualora se ne verificasse la necessità e di annullare alcune sezioni qualora non ci sia un numero congruo di iscrizioni . In questa occasione sarà restituita la quota di iscrizione.
Art. 18 - L’Associazione Fisarmonicistica Italiana non è responsabile di eventuali incidenti che potrebbero verificarsi a persone e/o cose durante il viaggio e per tutta la durata del Concorso.
Art. 19 - L’iscrizione al Concorso comporta l’approvazione incondizionata del presente regolamento (valido il testo italiano). Per qualsiasi controversia il foro competente è quello di Bari.
Art. 20 - Ai sensi dell’articolo 10 della legge n.675 /96 sulla “Tutela dei dati personali” l’Associazione Fisarmonicistica Italiana informa che i dati forniti all’atto dell’iscrizione saranno dalla stessa conservati ed utilizzati al fine di inviare comunicazioni relative al concorso e che, ai sensi dell’Articolo 18 della succitata legge, il titolare dei dati può opporsi al loro utilizzo.
PREMIO BARI ACCORDION FESTIVAL 2023
RULES:
Art. 1 - The AFI Italian Accordion Association organizes, with the patronage and contribution of the Municipality of Bari - Department of Culture, the edition of the International Music Competition "Bari Accordion Festival Prize," which will take place from September 09 and 10, 2023 at the Church of San Gaetano in Bari Vecchia.
Art. 2 - The Competition aims to: encourage the comparison between young talents who, coming from the most diverse countries in the world, guarantee our territory an extraordinary cultural growth; contribute to the growth of the culture of the Classical Concert Accordion; promote the desire for dialogue, creativity and affirmation in the fascinating world of music; make our territory known with its artistic and gastronomic peculiarities.
Art. 3 - The Competition is divided into 2 sections:
- CLASSICAL ACCORDION SOLOISTS SECTION
- CHAMBER MUSIC SECTION WITH ACCORDION
Art. 4 - CATEGORIES AND TRIALS All programs are free choice
- CLASSICAL ACCORDION SOLOISTS SECTION
CATEGORIES:
- JUNIOR (UNDER 14 YEARS, September 2008 onwards)
- YOUNG PROMISES (UNTIL 18 YEARS of age, September 2005 onward)
- SENIOR (UP TO 28 YEARS, from September 1995 onward)
- CONCERTIST (NO AGE LIMIT)
PERFORMANCE TEST:
- CAT. JUNIOR: FREE PROGRAM, MAX. DURATION 10 MIN.
- CAT. YOUNG PROMISES: FREE PROGRAM, DURATION MAX. 15 MINUTES
- CAT. SENIOR: FREE PROGRAM (AT LEAST ONE ORIGINAL COMPOSITION AND ONE TAKEN FROM "KEY LITERATURE," DURATION MAX. 20 MINUTES
- CAT. CONCERTISTS:
(A) - PRELIMINARY REHEARSAL: PERFORMANCE OF A PROGRAM WITH A MAXIMUM DURATION OF 20 MINUTES WITH AT LEAST ONE ORIGINAL COMPOSITION FOR ACCORDION AND ONE TAKEN FROM "KEYBOARD LITERATURE"
B) FINAL REHEARSAL: PERFORMANCE OF A PROGRAM OF A MAXIMUM DURATION OF 30 MINUTES WITH AT LEAST ONE ORIGINAL COMPOSITION FOR ACCORDION AND ONE TAKEN FROM "KEYBOARD LITERATURE"
- CHAMBER MUSIC SECTION WITH ACCORDION:
ANY TYPE OF ENSEMBLE WITH CLASSICAL ACCORDION AND OTHER INSTRUMENTS OR VOICE:
FREE CHOICE PROGRAM, DURATION MAX. 20 MIN.
Art. 5 - Each contestant may enter more than one section, but only one category of each section.
Art. 6 - Competitors may enter a category higher than their age if they feel that their technical and artistic preparation allows it.
Art. 7 - All tests are public. Judgments will be announced at the end of each category.
Art. 8 - Competitors present at the roll call of their category will be heard by the jury in alphabetical order starting with those whose last name begins with the letter that will be drawn on the first day of the Competition. Contestants not present at roll call who arrive late for justified reasons will be admitted to the rehearsal only upon the unquestionable opinion of the jury at the end of the category they belong to.
Art. 9 - Competitors are required to submit to the jury an identity document, a copy of the pieces to be performed and to provide music stands for their own needs.

- ABSOLUTE WINNERS will be the First Prizes in the two sections with a score of at least 98/100:
- AWARD OF ABSOLUTE FIRST PRIZE, CUP AND CONCERT IN BAF 2024.
For the Prize Concerts, reimbursement of expenses for the Italian territory only is provided, upon presentation of supporting documents and a cachet of 300.00eu ( 200.00 per person for the CHAMBER MUSIC SECTION) gross of statutory withholdings.
A Diploma of PARTICIPATION will be issued to the non-winning contestants.
PRIZES FOR TEACHERS
DIPLOMA OF HONOR for all teachers who will have students who win First Prize.
Art. 15 - FIRST PRIZE winners will be awarded exclusively during the evening of SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 10. Other prizes may be picked up at the secretary's office during the course of the competition.
Art. 16 - By entering the competition, contestants authorize the broadcasting of photographic, radio-television footage and recordings. They may not make any financial claims or demands against the organization or broadcasting entity .
IF THEY DO NOT INTEND TO AUTHORIZE THE BROADCASTING OF THE FOOTAGE, AN EXPLICIT REQUEST MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION.
Art. 17 - The organization reserves the right to make changes to these regulations if the need arises and to cancel some sections if there is not a sufficient number of entries . On this occasion the registration fee will be returned.
Art. 18 - The Italian Accordion Association is not responsible for any accidents that may occur to persons and/or property during the journey and throughout the duration of the Competition.
Art. 19 - Entry to the Competition implies unconditional approval of these regulations (Italian text valid). For any controversy the competent court is Bari.
Art. 20 - Pursuant to Article 10 of Law n.675 /96 on "Protection of personal data" the Italian Accordion Association informs that the data provided at the time of registration will be kept by it and used for the purpose of sending communications relating to the competition and that, pursuant to Article 18 of the above-mentioned law, the owner of the data may object to their use.
